Brokerage - I offer a different perspective that will be apparent from the first meeting. My philosophy and approach to brokerage is that we are partners. A successful transaction will be defined as one that my client views me as a stakeholder in their success. My success is defined by that relationship, not the transaction. 

Property Management - My client's property is viewed as my own. I approach property management as a stakeholder. I will represent you and the property with the highest level of return in mind, but always keeping in mind the goals you set forth for the property.

Tenant Representation - On the flip side of property management, I strive for the best market deal for my client based on a hand in hand relationship to find the best property for success.

Investment Analysis - I will leverage my experience and analytical skills gained from successful completion of my Masters Degree in Business Administration and Completion of the course work Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) to provide a factual analysis of investment decisions. Each analysis is approached on a risk vs reward approach keeping a broad view of the decision at hand. All aspects of a deal will be researched and presented for the highest level of confidence in the decision making process.
